Shed line products are not designed and built for residential purposes. These are not built to residential framing codes. Each state has unique regulations on what constitutes legal housing, we are not building these as a form of legal housing.
Summit understands that some customers have creative ideas and different uses in mind when purchasing a Summit Structure’s product, and may opt to modify the structure by adding items such as drywall, fixtures and other items. It’s important to understand that when a customer chooses to make such modifications, Summit does not bear responsibility in relation to permits or integrity of the work. Altering the shed product voids the product warranty.
