Where do I start?!
First things first the most convenient and optimal option is going to be to have a designated shed for all of your garden storage near your garden beds. The closer the shed is the easier everything is to access and the more motivated you will be to keep everything neat and in order. If you still need to purchase a garden storage shed we can absolutely help, and ensure you are getting the best quality for your money.
We have several options for garden storage depending on what size you need, and what all you are planning on storing. Our “Utility Shed” is definitely the most popular option in this category.
What Size Garden Storage Shed do I need?
It depends on what level of gardening you are doing. If you just have a small garden or a couple of small garden beds and no other plants or landscaping that you tend to, an 8X8 building should be plenty. However, if you do your own lawn landscaping and have a mower to store, and possibly lawn mowing accessories like trailer beds, clipping vacuums, etc. Then a larger shed like a 10X16 or 12X20 shed will probably suit your needs better.
Whenever you are storing a mower in your shed you want to remember that it will be important to also add a ramp to your building to make it easy to get in and out. We also recommend looking into adding a loft or considering our “Lofted Barn” option. This will ensure that you don’t lose any storage space, because your mower can be parked underneath a storage loft.
